"This is the first motel/hotel that I have stayed in this summer that had an in-room air-conditioner that was QUIET! I dislike "white noise" anyway, so having something much louder kept me awake. I didn't have to plug my ears, add the blanket over my ears, etc. The bed was so comfortable and 3 different thicknesses of pillows were on the bed. Woohoo! I always enjoy the Bistro at Courtyards and this one was just as good. Your staff is friendly and helpful. No matter what their job they always said "hello" when you came upon in the hallways. I look forward to another stay ."

"It was not clear to me why there was going to be a $75 charge on my card, in addition to the cost of the room. The staffer at the front desk told me about this charge — which would later be refunded — but couldn’t really explain to my satisfaction what it was for. Other than that, the room was beautiful, quiet and clean and the mattresses were nice and firm. Thank you!"
