“The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and went beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable. We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. “Room & hallway smelled like mildew.”

“We arrived and our bedding and towels were stained. Literal feces on the wall in the bathroom. It seemed like maybe all the horizontal surfaces were wiped down but that was about it. We were moved to another room and that room was FILLED with mold everywhere. Went back to the other room. Took the seemingly cleaner bedding our new room and it had bed bug blood stains. Also mold on all the outdoor AC units. The breakfast was also very unappetizing. The pools were the only good thing about this……

“Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“Disappointed as it said resort, but the rooms weren’t clean the elevators didn’t work. The pool was dirty. The towels didn’t match. The room was fine but the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was busted. I would not recommend.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The staff was incredibly helpful. Proximity to lake is a huge plus. Could use more outlets in the room plus a real desk chair. Property was clean and in good shape. Vending machines on the floors would be a huge plus.”
