“I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price.……
