“This waterfront property features a main building that houses the lobby, restaurant, and lighthouse, along with several cottages spread across the grounds. Most of the cottages offer at least partial views of the water. While the exteriors appear a bit dated, the interiors are well maintained — especially considering the year-round exposure to salty sea air and harsh winter snow. “I was under the impression that my room would have some type of view, but it didn’t. Plus the $25 a NIGHT was completely unnecessary, considering the hotel was only semi full. And free parking is mentioned in their ad.”

“Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came……

“The Inn is beautifully restored and decorated tastefully by owners. They have thought of many details and welcome suggestions for more. Breakfast is always interesting and delicious. Owners Sarah and Chris (and welcome dog, Crocker) are welcoming, helpful and engaging. No reason to go anywhere else!”
