“I booked through Expedia and paid with klarna... We gets to check in, I was told they were sold out and I ask if the lady before me have a reservation and the young man says no she just purchased the last room but I had reservations and she didn't and I had been driving for 5 or 6 hr and it was 12 midnight... I was ready to lay down, I was so angry but just left hoping to find one nearby ... But this was such an inconvenience....I would like some kind of compensation for my troubles...”

“We stayed here for one night while visiting Mammoth Cave National Park. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the national park visitor center. While the sheets and pillows were clean, the floor needed vacuuming. Breakfast was good.”

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”

“stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!”

“I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. The check in process was unusual. I talked with the property manager via Ring and the place was unlocked. Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. The room was quiet and comfortable. The ambience of the place was……

“Unit was amazing! Quaint, quiet and very comfortable. All amenities were brand new and made it feel like home. Great shower and bed. Comfy couch. Two smart tvs. Cave city itself was welcoming as well. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring the area caves. We WILL stay here again when taking our next trip.”
