"This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only downfall is the highway that it is on is super busy and it’s very difficult and unsafe to try to pull out. There are no stop lights close by to break up the traffic to make it safe to pull out. Otherwise a great hotel. "

Sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was so peaceful—hearing the water flow by made every morning and evening feel extra special.The location was perfect—tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time, but still close to all the fun in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the space had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.This condo truly was a perfect escape. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind by the river in the Smokies!"

"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Walls are made of concrete so you couldn’t hear the guests in the room next to you. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and had lots of space. We enjoyed the fuseball table and ping pong table downstairs. The kitchen is nicely furnished with a big table to fit our group. The view out the front door is breathtaking and I enjoyed driving coffee in the rocking chairs on the porch in the mornings. We would come back to this house!"

"We loved the cabin. Because of a flight delay we arrived very late and it was very dark. We had directions but better signage would’ve helped us better locate the cabin. We went to the wrong one first. We loved coming back to the quiet cabin after a busy day in the park. Would certainly recommend this place to others coming to the area."

"Wonderful! Such a cozy cabin with a relaxing screened porch. After a half day of hiking, we got to sit there and enjoy the rain. Very refreshing to be in nature yet close to civilization. Even saw a bear come from the woods and walk down the driveway- from the safety of the porch! Amenities just as described and just what was needed. The location is very accessible to a few great restaurants, a coffee shop and general shopping. And of course, to hiking trails. Very grateful for such a wonderful stay in the Smokies!"

"This was the perfect cabin for a quiet and private getaway. No other cabin in sight. Interior and exterior were very clean. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to all the wildlife in the evenings. We will definitely book again."

"The Cabin was perfect, and the fact that is close to the golf course is a bonus. Townsend is the best place to stay, it's close to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. "

"It was amazing! We weren’t too far from town but far enough to have our own privacy. We saw a few bears around the dumpster trying to get something good to eat. Pretty smart I must say. We really enjoyed our stay. "
