"No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. "

"When we arrived, it took a while to get the attention of an attendant because there was no one on the office or watching the front desk. One the attendant finally came, she said the room wasn't ready (check in time was 3:00, we got there around) 3:30 because they were repairing a hole in the wall. She asked if we could come back in half an hour. I had kids in the car that needed to use a bathroom (no lobby bathroom). So we had to walk to the gas station next door. "Enjoyed our stay here. The layout (having an exterior entry and an atrium entry) is great design. The room and hotel common areas were clean, organized and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The hotel is not the newest but has been modernized and is quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again. "

"Our stay at Aspen Springs at Angel Fire was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The communication was seamless—they reached out via text, which made everything incredibly convenient, and even sent a video clip with clear directions that took all the guesswork out of finding our cabin. To our surprise, our cabin was ready before check-in, giving us the option for an early arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully prepared. The cabin had everything we needed and more. As a business owner, it can be hard to truly disconnect, but Aspen Springs created the perfect balance. I was able to relax and unwind while still having all the essentials to work remotely if needed. That combination is rare and very much appreciated. This experience exceeded our expectations, and Aspen Springs at Angel Fire will absolutely be a go-to destination for our future vacations. Highly recommend!"
