“The location is nice (we saw monkeys by the forest edge!) and the property is clean overall. But there were some hiccups. For instance, they forgot to give us towels half of the time. Or the correct number of towels. Or bottled water. And they hardly had any towels by the pool. You had to wait until they were replaced. The kids water park (with the colorful slides) had missing tile and some of it was coming loose as you were walking around it - which was dangerous for kids feet. But you always……

“Westin Reserva Conchal stay was amazing. The beach, the staff, the grounds, rooms, food, drinks, everything was chef kiss. We were able to see many iguanas, howler monkeys, and birds. The only downside is that the beach has public access and they got sellers and they can be pushy, otherwise amazing stay. My family and I were able to enjoy the grounds, beach and pool. I will definitely be back.”

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Both the regular pool and the hot springs pools were amazing and very well maintained. Everything was clean throughout the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options.
