“We reached out to the hotel twice prior to our trip about airport shuttle and requested information on how we can arrange transportation. We never received any responses to our inquiries. We ended up renting a car last minute so we were not stuck at the airport. All "restaurants" are buffets. So if you like Buffet's, this is the place to go. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. “The location of the property was excellent. The room was very nice with friendly staff. The only minor thing that we did not like was the TV. It was a mini baby toy Tv with low picture quality. “The JW Marriott was the perfect weekend getaway. The staff were friendly, and very attentive to your needs. I opted out of the All inclusive package, but guests confirmed that several on site restaurants were up to standard and near worth it. The sandbar was convenient, and offered the opportunity to watch the World Cup. The property overall was spacious, and grounds were well kept.
