“Holes in the walls, a serious fly problem, hard beds, thin sheets, thin walls, and evidently this hotel is the Friday night party hotel in the area for teens. Everything else is standard. Never again.”

“Room was ok but pillows were horrible, all were soft and when we requested a slightly firmer we were told all are exactly the same. No one said a word to us in the morning despite seeing several staff members in both the breakfast area and as we were leaving.”

“The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.”
