"The property was very clean and nice in appearance the hotel front desk staff very nice efficient and helpful the hotel is right at the BLUE RIDGE SENIC RAIL ROAD literally a stroll down the side walk how ever the restaurant staff located on the 5th floor terrible service we were a party of 5 we enterd but were not greeted not even acknowledged we wonderd thru the small area looking for a table there were dirty tables but no one acknowledged us or offerd to clean the tables..wewent to the bar...
