“Hotel is nice and cozy. I like the fact that it’s across from the beach. Only thing I didn’t really like was the staff in dining room, me and the family sat there for 15 min no one asked us if wanted anything to drink I had to go find someone.”

“This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too.”

“Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too.”

“The staff at this hotel is excellent! Front dest staff 👌also the staff at the buffet. The room was very clear and spacious. Overall i enjoyed my stay and definitely will stay there on my next visit. ”

“Nice property. Good food at the buffet and restaurants. Most staff were professional and helpful. Need more night activities that do not end so early. Teach the dining staff the difference between a sari and a coverup. A coverup can be a sari but not all saris are coverups. Nice place to stay especially for first timers in the country. Transportation was highly accessible at the property which is very convenient. Lots to choose from for off resort activities.”

“The Good: Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The reception staff was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. The greeters who welcomed you for breakfast and at Jasmines were also pleasant. I can't say enough good things about Crazy Legs and Pot of Rice in the entertainment staff :). These people went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time. I wish I got the names or the restaurant staff so that I could give them a proper shoutout. The Bad: The food just……
