Cheap Hotels in Kent County from $70

"Wonderful rooms, clean etc. The only thing I did not appreciate nor did many people in the check in line at Ballys Dover Delaware is we arrived 1 hr early and they would not let any of us check in unless we were legend members. The line probably had 20 to 25 people in it and none of them were legend members and they still made us stand there and wait to check in. That was very disappointing. You think that they would realize that the minute we check in we are down pushing those buttons on those slot machines and it benefits them more than it does us. "

"The room furnishing are dated. It was very noisy I could hear children running around above me. Also yelling in the hall and children crying. Doors banging till 2 am in the morning. Sound proofing needs to be addressed. The staff was very friendly tho. Some reviews mentioned cockroaches and bedbugs, I did not see any signs of them and I checked everywhere. "

"Love the look and vibe of this hotel. The room was very clean and had unique personalized touches. The shower faucet was missing the part that switched water from the bath to the shower head, so we couldn't take a shower. This seemed like a one-time issue.The rooftop restaurant, Topside, has an amazing view of Baltimore and the food is delicious. "
