"The staff was very friendly & professional. That's where the good ends. The breakfast was minimal. The hotel & room were filthy. We had spiders in our room. The carpet was disgusting in our room & hallways. We had a non smoking room but some one was smoking near us & our room stunk. Under the air conditioner/heater there was no flooring so the pink insulation was stuck in there & visible. There is a homeless camp behind the building & a lot of trash. Don't believe the pictures of the nice...

"EVERYONE SHOULD STAY HERE!!!! This is a fantastic resort and motel to stay at - great owners - property is very nice - sit outside and look at the Rainey River and CANADA! We had a small cabin - just like a retro-vacation cabin - had a little kitchen + Outdoor BBQ grill. Nice inside living area and 2 bedrooms - we had plenty of room and really enjoyed this cabin! And the PRICE - was FABULOUS - very value-friendly. We RECOMMEND this to everyone."
