"Our room was NOT clean. Spider webs everywhere, debris on the floor, the shampoo was full of water, and the conditioner was filled with hand lotion. The bathroom sink was clogged. The bathtub was dirty. The entire 2nd floor smelled of weed. The only saving grace was the nice woman working at the front desk. Parking was not the greatest but there's construction going on next to the hotel. Given the condition of the room, we decided to skip breakfast."

She said 2 things: $25 amenities charge and nodded towards key pad followed by “one key or two”. No other communication. Check out was worse - girl behind the counter was on the phone and never even looked up. Customer service was nonexistent."
