“even though the property was under construction, the staff did an excellent job! although, i didn't expect to be paying an additional 300 for an upgraded room did not get. they promised a pool view at booking and had me over construction site, then i paid for upgraded pool view, and they still had me at a separate half construction half Oceanview room. i was not informed this would be the case. i only received one day credit. it would have been nice to receive credit for both days stay.”
