“El personal super especial en todo, lo unico es que las primeras Hab que recibimos tenian alfombras y EL OLOR ERA INSOPORTABLE sumando a eso tenia dos niños con autismo y son super alergicos pero el personal fue super amable y nos cambiaron a otra habitación muy linda y estaba en mejores condiciones, el desayuno regular..... deberian colocar mas variedad y mejorar esa estación asi se aunmente un poco mas el costo de las habitaciones o cobrar 15$ por dia y sea un desayuno tipo bufé es mi……

“Yes. The young lady who checked us in was courteous and professional. The wait staff(Lynette and Adrian)at the Hickory Steakhouse were phenomenal. Waiter Omar at the dinner buffet was great and made sure we were taken care of. The Spa professionals were amazing(Lia, Sue, Katy, Laura, Chris and Annette). First time at this resort. Great experience!”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Everything was great ,we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa for 3 nights and it was amazing from the cleanliness to the surroundings and the location. It was a bit cold, so we couldn’t go to the water park, but we did go to the Lazy River and the pool. the pool and the Lazy River had warm water , we had an amazing time. I 100% recommend it and would love to go back.”
