“Loved everything”

“I had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay relaxing even during warm weather. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Another great advantage was the convenient location, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby, making it easy to find everything I needed. “The first room offered to us smelled so badly of cigarette smoke and mold/musty. The bathroom floor had visible clumps of black hair on the bathroom floor (gross) and old french fries in the corner by one of the beds. We requested a room change, which was honored...the second room was on a fully recently renovated floor and was much nicer...but the door handle was installed upside down (which made it very challenging to both enter and exit the room) and the hallways still smelled musty.
