"Cleanliness was terrible. The bedding had stains on them, room was only cleaned twice during a weeklong stay (cleaned meaning all they did was remake the bed, didn’t even replenish towels) was the presidential suite but had one wine glass, one shot glass and one coffee mug. Utensils were unclean, beds were incredibly stiff. First night there, found a large cockroach scurrying across the floor. "

"It was like staying in paradise!! The staff was great. Especially Ashley the valet girl was amazing her personality and good energy was felt from the very beginning. The staff and concierge were great as well. The pool and beach area were kept very well. "

"Expedia is selling the hotel as it has parking space and has not, it is the airport parking space. Not easy to find and you can hear all the noise around you"

"Our door wasn’t able to be locked from the inside, making our overnight stay feel unsafe. There is a parking lot (paid) across the street and there was an attendant there but he was asleep. Overall, I would not recommend because it didn’t feel safe. "

"Everything about our stay was great, except the pigeon problem. Invading pigeons every time we tried to sit on the patio and pigeon droppings ALL OVER the patio. Other than that, staff was great, service was great, pool and beach great. "
