“They lacked on courtesy towards others. They decided to clean the carpet early morning while others slept. The machine they used was bumped into our door waking us up. The AC also failed the last night of our stay. It was very unfortunate and uncomfortable.”

“We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating……

“Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't……

“Although the staff was wonderful, our first room was horrible. Missing sheet on bed and other bed had dirt when comforter was pulled back. There was ac closet that was moldy and dirty. Floors were gross, shower clogged. Have to pay for parking $16/day and parking lot had no lights.”

“The hotel is built a good distance from the beach. My husband must use a walker for support and the walk was much too far for him to walk to the beach and walk over the dune to get to the water (I would estimate close to a half mile walk from the hotel to the water. You will need a cart to carry your beach equipment. When I first arrived and needed to use the downstairs restroom, it was So dirty with urine all over the seat, it was disgusting.
