“Fine another place to stay. The rooms haven’t been updates in 40 years. The paint was peeling, dark mold where water had dripped through the ceiling, and a moody staff. It’s a convenient location is you are attending an event in the area, but it is certainly not even worth the $150.”

The air conditioner was not working which it was obvious since they had a portable tower fan sitting on the desk to be used. “The place was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. It is in a great location, within a five minute walk to the town with all the shops and restaurants! Carolyn, the host was great with communication and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean and had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked along with cleaning products. The area was quiet and parking was easy to get right in front of the property. It was super close to everything - food, grocery stores, the mall, pharmacies, etc. Also Fabian was amazing. “Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!”

“There were workers in and out of the house all day Saturday due to leaks in a few rooms. No heat on Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday. Requested some money back and no reply. This was a girls weekend and men coming in and out on Sat and Sunday we did not feel safe. Overall not a good experience at all”
