"Mike & Debbie are wonderful hosts, very social but don't push past what you're comfortable with. There little camp is neat, clean, beautiful set up. They provide towels, shampoo & body wash! My kind of camping. There is a bit of a hill to get to the cabins but they also have an accessible cottage for someone may need it. Their 2 pups, Luna & Roxy, will great you & check on you throughout the day. You'll love your stay!"

"My husband and I were pretty excited about glamping for the first time. Until we got there. We arrived at the ranch and no one seemed to know anything about whete we were staying until we finally found the host, Rose. Rose was nice person, but had no idea who we were or if we were the ones who were staying in one of the tents. She did not even ask for our names, but directed us to one of the tents. What we found was disgraceful. The two beds were messily made with dirty, looking blankets and...

"The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! "
