"Absolutely beautiful place inside and out. We so enjoyed our stay. There was 8 of us and there was so much space for gatherings in the house, the kitchen is open with plenty of seating and open to the living room with even more space. Outside had a great patio for barbequing and of course a fire pit area with plenty of firewood to get busy making s’mores! We brought our boat along, and come to find out it’s one of the cleanest lake in the Adirondacks, we did some water skiing and tubing. We did make use of the 3 kayaks and and the canoe on the property too. So there is what they call a boat house there and it’s really pretty amazing. It was a great addition to the place, we hung out there right on the water. We love the Adirondacks so we are very familiar with the area, your only a half hour from Old Forge and all it’s attractions and then Eagle Bay and Inlet, which we love shopping at and getting ice cream.Everyone already wants to reserve the house for next year and my husband says for Snowmobiling season too!Pat is a great host and very informative and always answers your call or text. You will not be disappointed only in love with the place.Check in was a breeze Pat keeps it very simple.And a note for the kitchen it has everything you need for cookware, utensils dishes and the spices too."

"This house was perfect for our reunion group! It is much bigger than it looks from the front, and has a great layout for multiple families vacationing together. The top floor has 2 cape bedrooms and a full bath, the main level has another full bath and a huge open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and the living and large bedroom both have access to an upper deck. The lower level has two more bedrooms, a family/game room, laundry and a walkout to the covered patio and backyard with fire pit. Be aware you need to bring all your own sheets and towels, and transport all garbage to the local drop station about 10 min away. Otherwise, the house was fully stocked and we easily cooked tons of meals, including use of the outdoor grill. The owner was super responsive to all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The area even had a long power outage one morning, but the onsite generator kept us going as if nothing had gone wrong! The location is FANTASTIC - a very short drive into town, Water Safari, or the community private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and look forward to staying again next time we come up to Old Forge. "

"The property was magnificent and spacious! Beautiful views of the lake! Plenty of living spaces to be gather together or have separate time as needed, for our multigenerational family if 10. Th property contained everything needed for fun on the lake, meal prep and comfort. Cleanliness was great even to my exacting standards. Our host was very easy to communicate either and responded quickly to any questions that came up. Timberwind was fabulous!"

Every corner of the space made us feel pampered and relaxed.The outdoor area was just as impressive, featuring a beautiful firepit perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Having access to a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially with kids.If you appreciate the little things, this place will blow you away. The décor is magazine-worthy, with gorgeous Adirondack details throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked with quality items that were easy to find—something that really made a difference during our stay.The location was fantastic. We took our son to Old Forge Water Safari (which he loved!), and **Mountainside Smokehouse and Grill**—just a short walk across the yard—served up some of the best food we've had on a trip. We also made a day trip to The Wild Center in Tupper Lake, which was only about an hour and 15 minutes away.This cabin is a true gem!"

"The cabin was clean, updated, and exactly as described. The host was great with communication and always answered our messages timely. It's in a perfect location too - just about 10 minutes from Otter Creek and about 20 minutes from Old Forge. "

"Didn't catch any fish but my husband and I had a great stay for our 11th anniversary. Some much needed quiet. The bar up the road is full of great people, there's tons of trails for side by sides or trucks, all in all a really nice property."

"Our family ranged in ages 8-80 and all of us had an amazing time! Fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking was everyone’s favorite past time. The huge dock accommodated all of us. It was especially nice having Old Forge literally right around the corner. The beautiful house was enormous with plenty of room for everyone. This was one of our favorite vacations!"

"Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. "

"Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. Snowmobile access was just down the road 1/4 mi. For any ATT cell users, there is minimal to no signal, but if you stand just outside you can hop onto the WiFi. Well stocked with all necessities! Our group were coffee drinkers so a regular coffee maker would have been useful vs single serve. I would add a crockpot to the wishlist. The owners had great communication and were truly accommodating! Would not hesitate to return!"

"Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. "

"Our family of 6 members ranging in age from teen to 70s had a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving on Fourth lake. Every room was comfortable and clean, and we had a blast with the pool table, by the water, and more. We got to see every kind of weather, from hiking to waterfalls to getting "snowed in." Truthfully, we weren't snowed in as Jordan, our host, immediately contacted a plow company when asked, we were just enjoying the snowy views and relaxation so much that we chose to stay in. Contact with Jordan was easy, and we loved Christmas on Main Street in the nearby towns. We'd recommend this house to anyone and everyone. Thank you!"
