"We had stayed here under the prior owners. I was disappointed to no longer have a gourmet breakfast, but Chris more than made up for this. He helped me navigate the push-button locks and got me a key fob for our room (just in case). He advised a few breakfast spots (both excellent) and provided us with a clean, comfortable room. "The staff is amazing. They are polite and professional. We discovered bugs in the room (ants & spiders and a few flying bugs that we didn't know what they were). We called the front desk and a maintenance person came to spray in about 15 minutes! We didn't see anymore bugs in the unit however when we went upstairs, we discovered a pile of bugs near the washer. I took a video and showed the front desk. She was mortified and asked me to send the picture and video to management. I did and I have not heard anything. I wanted to speak to them instead of writing this review. I would have thought someone would reach out. "

"Hotel is about a 10 min drive to Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument and most of the Museums, which is what we wanted to see. Decently priced with free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "
