He helped me navigate the push-button locks and got me a key fob for our room (just in case). He advised a few breakfast spots (both excellent) and provided us with a clean, comfortable room. "Fresh towels and a clean room everyday is a bonus. Front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. Hotel is in an excellent location, very safe and very close to the metro station, can be in downtown DC in a matter of minutes. "
