He helped me navigate the push-button locks and got me a key fob for our room (just in case). He advised a few breakfast spots (both excellent) and provided us with a clean, comfortable room. "We were rather disappointed with our on-night stay, to be honest. We were expecting more from staying at an Omni Hotel. The room had a bad smell from the carpeting. The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged. We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill."

"The room had an odor and the furnishings need updated. It was fair at best. The bathroom toilet did not flush properly and needed a new seal. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it needs more attention while guests aren't staying there. The staff was prompt and attentive, but the property itself is mid. I did not feel like it was clean and comfortable enough to relax. The third floor beds were barely twin-sized, so I would not recommend adults plan to sleep there, only children."
