"We had stayed here under the prior owners. I was disappointed to no longer have a gourmet breakfast, but Chris more than made up for this. He helped me navigate the push-button locks and got me a key fob for our room (just in case). He advised a few breakfast spots (both excellent) and provided us with a clean, comfortable room. "The first room I booked was atrocious. If you could imagine like 10 packs of cigarettes and ass… that’s what it smelled like. I went to the desk to switch rooms so I DON’T get billed for the smoke smell, and got a diff room that had absolutely 0 smell ; so 10/10 tbh for the quick switch. "
