“Really nice hotel, very big bed room, modern and clean,comfy bed. Liliana in the reception is very friendly,so very happy for that. However the day of check out, the Asian girl with glasses that was in the reception, was super rude. I checked out , instead of saying thanks or good bye, she said you got a a very cheap price for your room... She was very obnoxious in front of everyone. I not the one putting the prices of the rooms. Just because of that I was quite upset the whole day.”

“If I could rate this hotel minus, I would do so. It is disgraceful that such a sub-par room is sold at all, much less for the price that is being charged. Staff were lovely and attempted to help, but no offer of an upgrade into a decent room. Carpets were beyond awful. It looked like someone had used the carpet as a toilet, and smelt that way too. Bathroom was beyond dated and grout was filthy. I will never, ever stay here again. Lift your game and provide a room that fits its description”

"The hotel is very good overall, especially the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet, which is truly excellent. The staff are also friendly and attentive. However, I must say that the pool and sauna areas are not in good condition. During my stay of almost six days, the sauna either wasn’t working or was far too cold. The indoor sauna facilities are in very poor shape, and the pool water is quite cold. Additionally, the furniture in that area leaves much to be desired and does not correspond to what one would expect from a five-star hotel."
