“Just as advertised, brand new, clean, and modern. Neighborhood had all the essentials: Whole Foods, brewery, bagel place, near Red Line. Easy access to Wrigley Field on the train. Excellent stay! We didn’t cook, so can’t comment on kitchen equipment. We did pay extra to park a car there, again, as advertised. We didn’t move the car again once we got there.”

“Amazing accommodations! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own room which was ideal. Communication was seamless and easy. Close to Whole Foods and many other shops. Short walk to Red line subway which took us easily and quickly to downtown Chicago and all the attractions. The building had other common spaces like an outdoor terrace with grills, seating and a fire pit. We also took advantage of the fitness center. We would stay here again.”

“Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back! ”

“Easy access to the residential property. Nice neighbor's. Clean and nice neighborhood. Within walking distance to near by stores and businesses. ”

“Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.”

“Cleaning crew didn’t show up till 2:39, 21 one minutes before our reservation. The trash can had loaded diapers, and the host was not clear/consistent with communication or instructions.Anxiety and traveling are not good bedfellows. If you are low maintenance, this is for you. But not for me.”

“This listing has a claim of sleeping 4. It does not. There is one queen bed and one air mattress. The only space to put the air mattress down is the middle of the living room if you rearrange. If you're looking for cute and clean it may be a bit lacking as the wall in the bathroom is patched from some recent debacle but not sanded or painted and the building on a whole is kept up, but not super clean. It seems a bunch of young adults may occupy the surrounding apartments coming and going at……

“The place was very beautiful and spacious however a few fixtures that can be tighten up the shower curtain was also rigged and needs to be fixed as well as the blinds people can look in if your naked or anything in the kitchen living room area some what. However I would rent again and a great quiet space for the weekend if your just looking for a comfortable quiet area.”

“The bathroom shower curtain would not stay up in place. The expandable rod did not stick to the shower tile and fell down after a few minutes regardless of how tight the rod was adjusted.”
