“Staff not ok for the morning person. I stayed on the 4th floor room 420. On 3-25-26 at 6am I went to the elevator and pushed the button up came the elevator and door opened and I saw a man laying on the elevator floor passed out. I giggled him to see if he would move and he did. I went to the office and yelled and scream and no one would come out. I called the number to the front office and a guy came out and looked like he was sleeping. I told him about the guy in the elevator and told me he……

“I had 2 rooms one was good, and clean. The other was not, it was not really clean smelled bad, the bathroom sink had a terrible odor when you turned on the water it seemed to be in the drain. Also on the second day we had no towels. I didn’t expect the rooms to be cleaned daily but I did expect clean towels daily. ”
