“From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher....

The house was large enough for the entire family to have some space to relax, whether it was inside or taking in the beautiful scenery on the deck.The large family dining area was also perfect for meals, and the kitchen allowed us to have some family time around preparing and eating meals.Would stay at this location again”

“The place was everything it advertised and more! The location was very close to our event (JT Concert @ Rupp Arena), which made travel there and back much less troublesome. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The condo provided everything necessary for our stay and we had more than enough room for everyone. “This property was perfect for our family to stay during the Keeneland sale. Plenty of space for all 8 of us, great location close to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. " I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Lexington Elwood Hotel & Suites, which I booked through your website from January 7th to January 9th, 2025 After a long journey that began at 3:00 am, I arrived at the hotel looking forward to taking a relaxing bath in the tub. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the area around the soap dish to be in a state of poor cleanliness, with visible mold present. I reported this issue to the front desk staff the following day and requested that the bathroom be cleaned. Unfortunately, upon returning to my room, I found that the issue had not been addressed. Given the subpar cleanliness and service I experienced during my stay, I would like to request a compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. I would appreciate it if this compensation could be credited to my (link unavailable) account through the app, in the form of a voucher or credit towards a future booking. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and service from a hotel, especially one that I booked through your website. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take necessary steps to ensure that the hotel maintains a higher standard of cleanliness.
