“Just a all around great place”

“Wonderful place for family vacation. Enjoyed the pool, the beach and the food. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. All in all a great place”

“There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot!……

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was……

“1. We were forced to attend a breakfast talk, which required us to bring VISA cards and IDs 2. No VIP access or upgrade 3. Servers cannot speak English fluently”

“Safe and good location, 5 minutes walk to the airport. Facilities are in good condition, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite.”

“Such a beautiful spot! First of all, the view from the room is something I crave! The sunsets from the balcony or rooftop terrace is a must see! The beaches are packed. So much better on the rooftop or from the balcony or pool. I was so unhappy with the hotel I had booked. Despite not being eligible for a refund at that hotel, I had to spend my last night in PV at this hotel. This was my second visit to this hotel in a year. I will not stay anywhere else now. It is quiet here! It is close enough……

“Sin duda alguna regresaría con mi familia, fue una estancia muy buena, la habitación amplia, maravillosa vista al mar, limpio, fresco, cómodo, el hotel super céntrico, las albercas en buen estado, y la playa 10 de 10!!! La comida del lugar es buena pero si es cara, alnogualnquebsus bebidas, si quieres economizar puedes meter alimentos sin tema incluso en la zona de la alberca, yo no lo hice ya que nos sabia pero vi que otros huéspedes lo hacían, la atención de la mayoría de los meseros muy……
