One of the most modern residential areas in Funchal. Located just minutes from Funchal, the highway, the shopping center, cinemas and the beach. The apartment has a style all its own. Located in a privileged location, which allows it to be the closest housing complex to the sea at present, excellent road access to the expressway, hotel area, shopping area and city centre. The apartments have an excellent sun exposure, great balconies with excellent sea views.
