“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic other than the pillows. They were pretty flat but I did request to have an extra pillow because I normally sleep with extra and the gentleman ended up going downstairs and got me some brand new pillows which were perfect. The only area of improvement I would suggest is the Bistro was very tiny and essentially was transformed to Starbucks the next morning. Other than that I have no complaints at all and I would certainly……

Room was gorgeous with a perfect view of the marina and the light house; the fireplace and cozy chairs with blankets were great - best to enjoy with a cup of delicious coffee and cake - which we did! We had the best salmon and pork chop of our lives!!! king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright, well-appointed and spacious! Definitely order the breakfast in your room - you will NOT be disappointed! the Saybrook location is……

“The room was available for an early check in as requested. We were here for a funeral and they were kind enough to leave us a sympathy card. Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. ”
