Service was outstanding and the continental breakfast, cookies and cider available during the day... and the view was nothing short of spectacular... and only 45 minutes from Boston Logan airport.

I wasn't expecting much when I booked with Vista, but as soon as I got there I was impressed. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcome and took the time to explain everything you needed to know while staying there. Our room was a little dated, but it was spacious, and very clean! I love to travel and I have to say it was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at. When I booked I was concerned about the view I would be getting based off of others reviews...but I was pleasantly surprised...

My husband and I recently stayed here and had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful and the Inn is so inviting! We have never stayed in this type of Inn before and we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and relaxed we felt in a home-like setting such as this. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Other people complain because the hotel is a little dated but the staff works hard to keep the rooms clean and the views are so pretty and the town is gorgeous so who wants to be in the hotel the whole time anyway? 😊 We will definitely be back.

The Addison Choate was great! Very nice property and room was updated and clean. Service was great, room was ready early and breakfast was delicious. Quick walk to the water and Bearskin Neck.

We had an amazing stay at the Rockport House. My wife and I had a beautiful, clean king room on the third floor, with a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and an immaculate bathroom. The house was a quick walk to all the fun of Bearskin Neck and the incredibly cute hub of Rockport. Such a great autumnal New England stay! Our stay was wonderful. The location was great - walking distance to the waterfront, main shops and attractions. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast automatically delivered to our room every morning was a real treat. We would stay there again and recommend it to all travelers.

I was hesitant after reading some of the previous complaints, but booked The Cove on a whim. I absolutely LOVED my stay. It was in a quite, safe neighborhood and we were able to walk anywhere that we needed to go! The view of the beach across the street was wonderful and we loved that we could open the windows and catch the ocean breeze. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Amenities were excellent. The entire B&B is fabulously decorated and the ambiance is warm and inviting! Friendly staff and absolutely delicious food!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. There were two things I really liked. The first was that there is a quiet time between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. We've all stayed in hotels where there is a loud party going on in the room next door. The second was the ability to cast from your personal device to the TV, so you have access to every streaming service you pay for.. a very nice feature. I would definitely stay again.

Great staff, beautiful aesthetic and charming. We happened upon the Briar Barn looking for a quaint place to sleep for the night. This place was beyond our expectations and we are already planning another visit, with friends, to stay and see the sights of the area. We are New Yorkers and were so impressed by they service, the cleanliness, the vibe, the amenities and the space. We will come back and recommend to others.

Room was very well kept, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and modern, halls, stairs, elevator was tidy. Staff was amazingly friendly, and responsive. Hotel was quiet and pleasant.

Adorable boutique hotel! As a hop and a skip away from the hustle and bustle of Salem, it was refreshing to retire to the Cabot Lodge in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze (a no-contact check-in) and, much to our delight, a beautifully designed room awaited us. The cleanliness and safety of the hotel are top-notch. Intagramable to say the least, the Cabot Lodge in Beverly wins my favor.

We booked this adorable B&B because of its great reviews. We had never visited the coast of mass before and were not disappointed. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Mike moved us to a beautiful room after having some issues with a toilet in our room. They made reservations for us when looking for a nice ocean front restaurant.
