"It was our first time staying at this property. THE GOOD: The studio was spacious; the bed was comfortable. Good location for our needs. THE BAD: 1) At check-in, we were told a 5% service charge had been pre-authorized on top of the bill and we would have to request at check-out if we wished for it to be removed. 2) There was no body wash in the shower on the FIRST NIGHT of our stay. We called the front desk to tell them -- after we'd showered using shampoo -- and asked that housekeeping...

"We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions. I really recommend it. "

"Have stayed here a number of times. Hotel is nice. The gym is useless, not sure how they can claim they have one! Like a garage set up. They add a 5% service charge that goes to the staff. Last time I stayed I wasnt even told about it. This time the lade mentioned it but said it would be really grateful and clasped her hands praying! A hotel like this should just pay their staff properly. The carpet in my room was stained terribly. The windows at floor level and only reached my knees.....
