“The staff were all very welcoming. Went out of their way to make people feel important. The front office offered us fresh coffee upon our arrival and water.
At breakfast the server was helping make waffles for children.
A staff member delivering laundry held the elevator door for us to get on first, and for when we got off.
The entryway and dining area were decorated for the Christmas holiday making the whole area festive and cheerful.
The room was clean and felt like a bedroom not a hotel……
