"The room was spotless, the staff were nice and the air conditioning worked great. The only issue that we had is, there was a deposit that we were unaware of, and they couldn’t take our card which was not disclosed in the agreement when booking so we had to find a card and add money to it that they could accept. They cannot take chime, cashapp, Venmo or any prepaid cards but chime is an actual bank account they refused to take."

"Breakfast was horrible. Rotten fruit and runny eggs. Also, while I was checked in, but outside of the room. They began carpet cleaning like no one was in the room, additionally they left the door open and unlocked. The staff didn't take our concerns to heart. When we were explaining the situation, the manager kept smirking and dismissing our claim. Besides that the room was standard."

"The room was very nice. Bathroom was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast brought up to the room was a great morning surprise. Location obviously was convenient to everything. Only complaint is that the free play arcade was awesome, but machines were not that well maintained. Both pinball machines and one of the skeeball machines needed maintenance. Didn’t help that a couple parents were letting their kids run amok and climb all over the machines. Not the hotel’s fault that happened but they really need to make some changes with supervision. Would absolutely stay again"

"The staff was amazing - friendly and ready to help. Enjoyed the food and the bar. Only amenity I wish was available was an indoor pool which is hard to find in the area. Honestly, great stay and would absolutely go back!"
