"We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."

"Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville."

"The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature."

"We loved our stay here - the place was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have two dedicated parking spots, and the location was very convenient. We could easily walk down to Light Side coffee and Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville was a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This little Villa is such a gem. We stayed one entire week here and didn’t want to come back home. The villa was so comfortable and the views are the best you’re gonna get. We will definitely return here again. A few things we did to make our stay a little more comfortable. We bought a pillow top foam cover for the mattress and two extra pillows. "This is a nice comfortable place to hang out. It is a bit out of the way but we like that. If you play golf I suppose this would be a great place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook. The fire place was awesome. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are decent. The lanai with the view was the star of our stay. The wireless DOES NOT WORK. Thankfully I had our hotspots with us, but if you need wireless to work, you should not rely on their wireless. The TV is not a...
