“Cleanness”

“Clean, close to airport. If with not much luggage, can walk through the car packing area.”

“you need to pay breakfast”

“We had a reservation for 3PM, but we didn't get in our room until after 4PM. There were about 5 other people sitting there waiting also. We were not offered a bottle.of water, a drink at the bar later or anything. They kept apologizing but I believe they could have at least offered a bottle of water as we waited.”

“Property outside was bad kept. The inside was flawless. The breakfast was just ok. Don't eat the sausages they are extremely salty. No hot water for 3 days. Had to go outside at 130am, because someone pulled the fire alarm. My whole stay couldn't use the pool or whirlpool. Closed because no one would clean it. Elevator jumps real bad like its about to snapp when u reach the 3rd floor. Phone didn't work in room. So u have to go to the front desk. Night staff goes to sleep a night .. female……

“staff was good very helpful and plenty of parking. building seems to be remodeled you can still smell the fresh paint down the halls. breakfast bagel bar was okay as well as the coffee it was surprisingly good. appreciated the 24/7 coffee tea bar just wish the water was actually HOT at the end of the night. room seemed clean they had a extra duvet in closet which my only complaint is that it was filthy with yellow stains so did not use. they allow pets so it was probably meant for guests pets.”

“The parking was accessible but tricky to get to due to construction. The heads up sent by the hotel about the construction was helpful. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean & so was the bathroom. I didn’t expect the bathroom to be so close to the bedroom.”

“网上定的酒店（已付房款），到店后又刷了一笔住房费，发现后找前台人员交涉，费半天劲，他们才承认搞错了，答应退款，电邮催过，钱才回到卡内！”
