“Stayed here on June 16, 2026, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The elevator smelled awful, our room had no shower curtain, and we were only given one towel for four people. When we asked the front desk to fix the shower curtain, then staff refused, claiming no staff was available to help. To top it off, the breakfast was an absolute scam. Zero customer service and awful maintenance.”

“首先有機場接送非常方便。酒店前台服務員態度非常好和有禮貌。再者入住期間每位客人送2杯免費有或冇酒精飲品和小食。房間寬敞，景觀開揚，最點贊是房間清潔非常整潔，感覺舒適。酒店包早餐，雖然款式唔多但食物味道唔錯。酒店ground floor 有guest laundry, 如要洗衣服可到前台買token coins，CA$2.5 per one cycle both for washer and dryer. 下次一定再入住。”

“Shuttle bus pick up from the airport was poor. Driver's attitude was unsatisfactory. I have waited for almost an hour for the shuttle bus with three calls. Beware of dropping your items under the TV and behind the cabinet, the gap was big and it was dusty inside.”

“The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest. ”

“我住了4晚，第一天竟然沒有人來收拾房間，垃圾沒有清理毛巾也一条都沒有幫我們更換，晚上回來打電話去housekeeping 也沒有人拿毛巾給我們，直到第二天早上我到前枱讲了才來收拾，床也太軟了，睡下去感覺有東西咬，很痒，其他的都沒什麼了設備好齐，早餐也很豐盛，地點位置一般般。”
