"This cabin offered everything we could ask for and more. Incredibly clean inside, and stocked with basic needs you can expect (like towels, dishes, condiments, etc). The gameroom was enjoyed by all for hours on end. The hot tub was relaxing, hot, clean, and enjoyable. Beds were so cozy and welcoming after long excursions. The property was beautiful and expansive with lots of wild animal visitors, and even a sweet (neighbor?) dog. We loved sitting by the pond listening to the sounds of nature...

"We had the most wonderful time! We arrived during the Thursday dinner and could drop our bags off and walk over for dinner and drinks. We then relaxed outside watching fireflies. My two boys were excited to see the animals and had a wonderful time feeding them and petting them. The house is so charming and exactly the right size. We will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful stay at this little piece of paradise tucked back in a clearing and surrounded by woods. The spacious home has every amenity a family might need along with a 2 stall garage. The owners were on top of a couple minor glitches that were taken care of ASAP and answered any and all questions both before and during our stay. "My family of 5 adults & 3 children under age of 4 stayed 2 nights while hosting 18 additional local family members for our annual Christmas in July family gathering. The Farmhouse was equipped with everything needed including space inside and out! Chad is an excellent host! He was right on top of our needs and then some! He delivered a dozen Blueberry Donuts made right on site Red River Farms!! And Chad made time to photograph our group and introduce us to the retail side of Red River Farms...

"The Farmhouse was the best! Provided many onsite fun with opportunities to enjoy water sports, such as kayaking, paddle boats, rafts, and paddle boards. Also fishing if you would like. There are 3 lovely mini ponies that love to be spoiled on! And lots of wildlife to see. The house was clean with the perfect amount of space for our group! We loved enjoying a movie each night in the tv room. It was a joy and relaxing weekend at the farmhouse! We can’t wait to spend time here again!"

"The place was Beautiful! It fit our whole family well - had a very large and well functioning kitchen, plenty of comfortable places to sit, fun back stairwell for the old house style, very clean, kept up very well, several bathrooms, the washer and dryer worked well. All in all, a great place for us to stay - wish we could have stayed a bit longer, but would return again if we are ever in need in the area! Thanks."

"The property is great, with 4 bedrooms and each one with its own bathroom. My family was pretty comfortable and we were all able to get ready on time for my wedding. Kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of spaces in the house to choose from to just sit down and relax."

"Our host Tina and her husband Gary sacrificed quite a lot to make this trip happen for me and my family. Long story short, it was perfect. The weather was perfect and we witnessed the most perfect total eclipse IN THE LINE OF TOTALITY!! We sat in Tina and Gary’s back pasture near a pond. It’s crazy, the day before it rained, then eclipse day woke up sunny and stayed that way till later that night. Since after the eclipse it’s been April showers bring May flowers since!! "It is an older property that has been remodeled, the kitchen is amazing anything you could want and then some. The only this I wish would be storage in the kitchen and bathroom. I moved out of a cab it so I could put food and seasoning in it. The bathroom has some beautiful tile and looks great but the only place set anything is the back of the toilet so I had my water pic on the kitchen counter. But it was very cute and the hostess so helpful and kind."

"The Goat House was the perfect place for our family of 11 people to stay. The property is spacious with plenty of nooks for conversation, play and of course fun petting and feeding the goats. The house was simply beautiful with a large family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. We could all hang out together or have space to spread out. Additionally the rooms where upstairs which allowed for quiet sleep if you needed a nap. I would highly recommend this property if you are a larger...

"It was very serene. It had a long entranceway to the property. The house was clean, bright and very spacious. Loved taking our dogs for a walk in the neighborhood. It was a beautiful place to stay and Tabatha was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with."

"We travel to the Mount Vernon area every few months and this was by far the best location we have ever stayed! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Enjoyed having bonfires!
