The locaion could not have been better, the hostess was gracious and quick with responding when I forgot the entry code and lost my Wi-Fi coverage, and we were close to the slopes and everything we wanted to see. "Home is great. A bit of a challenge to reach due to part of the Blue Ridge Parkway being closed due to Helene. Went with the notion of being a wedding anniversary and near a dark sky site. Excellent in terms of privacy and relative darkness. Spouse is 5'2" and had a lot of trouble entering and exiting the hot tub. The mini split ACs are very effective, although it was challenging to understand they all have to be set to AC or heat to work. I'm technically inclined, so this did not pose an issue...

"The property was awesome very clean. Hot tub was a nice amenity to have. The gas fireplace was cozy in center of great room. We got to see snow over night and enjoy the fireworks at Beech Mountain. In the morning 4 deer visited the backyard area was cool to watch so close to cabin.
