“The hotel is situated in The Jewish Quarter with loads of places nearby to eat and drink. We were on the 5th floor and our room was quiet. Staff were helpful and welcoming and breakfast was good with typical continental type breakfast foods. The hotel was incredibly clean - the only criticism being the toiletries provided in the room. “A wonderful apartment with everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped and I was able to even cook some simple meals. The apartment is on walk distance from the old center, Kazimierz the Jewish neighborhood, picking up place for tours to Auschwitz and just in front of the train to the airport. I’ve stayed for 5 nights.”

“This hotel is amazing. The rooms are lovely, very cool decor. Even though they are smaller rooms the set up and amenities are excellent. There is sound from the TV in the bedroom and bathroom. So you can listen to the news while brushing your teeth. The spa is stunning, and so relaxing. Gym so quiet and has everything you need. ”

“Unfortunately I was given room 101 which is a small ground floor room, opposite the entrance and close to the elevator. Given its location the room was stuffy and noisy. Looked out into a blank wall courtyard which is a terrace in the summer so probably even less privacy (luckily it was winter so closed but still got to see the furniture) Smells from the kitchen were throughout the corridor to the room and often inside the room. The room was fine, very small and ok for single person but……

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”
