This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

I had a 5-night stay that was made very pleasant by Maddie (sp?) who offered to make me fresh coffee when I checked out at 4:30 am, and always had a positive attitude with any of my asks. This place is situated in between many farms and corn fields, at a truck stop, so the smell was very strong when it came in on the wind. There were times it didn't smell, too, so it's weather-based. The inside lobby was clean and well kept. The beds are firm but comfortable, the rooms are decent, & the door...

Room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was a little shy

Liked the availability of food, both meals and snacks, lobby decor, popcorn!

rate I got that was $21 cheaper than Expedia. the staff was more than eager to take care of anything I needed

This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!

A clean and quiet place with a good breakfast.

It was great! Was able to use my debit card which must hotels don’t allow and I do not have a credit card. The only negative was the drinks were a little more than I’d like to pay.

This brand new hotel was very nice with a beautiful lobby. Our queen suite was spacious with great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Very clean and staff was friendly.

I love the family running the place

Clean hotel with free breakfast! We enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely stay there again!!!!!

Prior to booking I called to clarify the shuttle issue that I had read in the reviews. Spoke w Sam, who was pleasant and assured me the issue had been fixed. Upon checking in I met Sam who was amazing w a quick checkin, upper floor room request and several suggestions on where to eat and more importantly where to have my car tire looked at. The property is EASY to find. GPS brought me right here. Convenient location, close to Highway, restaurants and shopping. My room was fantastic. Clean,...

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasn’t ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didn’t know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right. The next morning we went to breakfast and you could tell the young guy was the only one working. He was trying to clean tables and refill everything and a little...

I had stayed here previously and absolutely loved the Jacuzzi..I was so sad to see it had been removed :( but my stay was great!! All of the staff were very friendly! Hotel was SUPER CLEAN!

Nice place to stay. You won’t get a super big welcome. However they are nice enough and due there best with what they’ve been given. I would stay again for sure.
