“Loved this hotel and will definitely be back. I only took off a few stars for service because when I checked in there was no one to help with my bags and no one told me that there was a gym / talked to me about amenities so I didn’t realize I had access until too late, but it honestly didn’t really matter in the end. Also, the staff was helpful otherwise. My room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, and the lobby/orangerie are beautiful rooms as well.”

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……
