"If you’re high maintenance this may not be the spot for you. It is small since it is an efficiency apartment but you get what you pay for. Parking is a bit tough if your not use to it. Location was great it was like a 8 min walk to the bars if you wanna go out at night. Messaging the host was easy they responded very quickly and were helpful. I would stay here again."

The building itself is a trash chute that reeks of marijuana and cigarettes, even in the room itself. other than that, the place was basically booby trapped as the chairs were loose and stove knobs were loose. other than that trash was constantly left right outside of the doors and left inside the place itself and it was never cleaned up. "For me, the location was great. The area seemed safe, front door and studio doors locked with an easy push code to enter. I loved the Comet Cafe just around the corner for food. I walked most everywhere on MKE and had no issue a bit of extra time getting to where I need to from the location."

"Location was great. Street parking was fairly easy to locate. Check in/ check out was easy. Host responded very quickly to any inquiry. Was surprised by the damaged blinds in bathroom and dining area plus some areas left unclean. Host was made aware so hopefully their cleaning service will do better for the next guests and blinds can be replaced for better privacy. Neighboring apartment doors are quite noisy, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper choosing to stay in this studio. "

"The only drain that worked was the kitchen. The tub was full was water with hair and other stuff floating in it and hair on the walls. Floor was not swept or mopped. Bed was comfortable."
