"All great except no hot water am 9/25/25"

"Great breakfast with a large variety of food and beverage items. The hotel is located on The Strip in Pittsburgh. We didn't drive the entire 5 days we were there. A variety of shops, restaurants, and things to do on the strip. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, exercise room, and outdoor patio. Every staff person we met was helpful and kind. "

"Property is good but the location i felt was isolated. But overall it is good to place to stay and for business purpose having all the amenities. i think they are renovating so it will be excellent. "

"It was our second time staying as our daughter is a freshman at Duquesne the drive to the school was just minutes away and the staff was superb!"

"When I checked and got to my room, I immediately saw I was given the wrong room. I had reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. I called the front desk and they told me to wait and they would being me keys to the correct room. I usually verify my room type at check in, but this time I did not verify. Mistakes are forgivable, and they quickly and professionally fixed it. Hours later as I was walking across the lobby, staff asked if my room met my needs. Room was spacious. Bathroom very accessible. Will likely stay at this hotel again."

"Great service, very comfortable bed and nice restaurant/bar to enjoy cocktails and breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to all the sights and sports arenas. "
