"Breakfast was great , make sure you get it included with your room. The room was nice, but mattress was very hard. Housekeeping didn’t really care so I had to make a complaint at the front desk Surrounding areas were close to the train station and stores. Front desk & baggage handlers were great. I spent 5 nights here and loved it"

"Laundry self service was easy and convenient to use. Individual room temperature cannot be controlled since all rooms are on a central control. Room was hit and stuffy at times. Only way to resolve is by opening the window. Downside is a significant increase in street noise all day and night. "

"Great Location easy access to tourist spots for Shibuya and Shinjuku. We had a higher floor which had a great view. The hotel was a little outdated like the bathroom area. The buffet was good food but I think it should have more variety for food choices."

"Wonderful modern hotel with wonderful amenities. Although the rooms are typically small, we got used to adjusting to economical use of space. You can upgrade to a bigger room. Easy access to great restaurant for great breakfast buffet. Lively neighborhood. Easy walk to Shinjuku GoyenNational Harden for spectacular cherry blossoms. "

"Location is ideal. Two minutes walk to Shinjuku station and yet really quiet. Rooms are clean. Nice coffee provisions. Front desk staff provided good service. Knock is the lack of a gym on premise. "

"Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."
