This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed.

“If you’re looking for a place outside old San Juan that is a little quiet and close to the beach. This place is perfect. It’s only 10 minutes away from old San Juan.
The room clean and it has a big bathroom. The pool was in the smaller size, but big enough to relax in it.”
