“Great staff and very helpful, awsome rooms for a quick sleep and cozy.. Air conditioning was great but I would have liked to have the room colder but there wasn't a remote control to adjust the temperature.”

“Entiendo que si van a cobrar un fee extra por limpieza a lo que ya se pagó directo al momento de reservar, deben avisarlo. Lo pedían cash y si era con tarjeta pedían 5$ extra a ese fee, no tenía cash al momento de haber llegado y durante la estadía me llamaron varias veces para que lo pagara, cuando era algo que no estaba escrito en la página. Solo tenían una sábana, no habían frisas para arroparse, el aire tenía un liqueo que me manchó los bultos ya que estaban en el piso. El lugar no tiene una……

“The description of the room they assigned me was misleading. It was an extremely small room to the point that the bathroom door was difficult to be closed after entering. A sink that is good for touch up room or toilet but not a bathroom. It also has been not communicated that the room is windowless. Cleanliness was borderline. The smell was stuffy. The only upbeat was the very friendly person at the reception. It was a one time not to be repeated experience. I do not recommend this place.”

“Amazing value! The hotel and its location is perfect for the budget traveler who isn't planning on spending the whole trip in the hotel room. This room was no-frills except where it counted -- the bed is very comfortable, the AC is quiet and cold, and the bathroom/shower is clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to some incredible restaurants in Miramar, the arts district, and La Placita. A short 5ish-minute Uber ride to the beaches and Old San Juan. Around the corner from some really great……
