"I'd stay here again for future travels. After a long day of travel, I was greeted by Iikhan. She was warm, funny and highly considerate. The hotel does allow for dogs but I was not traveling with mine. She placed me away from the rooms that had dogs. The room was clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. There was a cute mirror with an ironing board behind it. Breakfast was a modest offering of cereal, donuts, toast, waffles and fruit. The morning staff was diligent about keeping items stocked. This was a mindful effort as there was a foreign travel group. The hotel is situated within walking distance of a few eateries and a rail stop. It is nice to have a few transportation options. They have partnered with locally eateries to enable food delivery to hotel in lieu of on site room service. I like the innovative thinking in that. Areas for improvement are really on management. They are quirky but it's the small stuff that makes the distinction. The hotel has been renovated. There is new flooring and fresh paint but the electrical faceplates are from before the renovation. It is small thing but it stands out. There was no soap caddy by the bathroom sink. The furnishings were older as well. The tv stand/dresser had water damage, it is still usable. This is an aesthetic. One of the night stands was missing rollers, so the drawer would fall right out. There was only 1 fruit option at breakfast. Items in the breakfast area should be labelled vs travelers guessing."
