"This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). "Rooms were fairly clean, but both bathrooms had somewhat of a sewer smell. You could see they had plates that covered all drains."

"B&B molto bello, curato in ogni dettaglio. Letto comodo con lenzuola ricamate nel perfetto stile del B&B, pulito e buona la colazione che viene servita in uno spazio comune piacevolissimo. Tutti molto gentili, ci sono venuti in contro sia nell'orario di arrivo, che anticipando la colazione visto che dovevamo ripartire presto. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte. Super consigliato."

"Semplicemente soddisfatto. Struttura molto carina e tenuta in modo impeccabile. La signora Manuela molto gentile, cordiale e molto attenta ad ogni singola richiesta. Camere pulite e luminose. Se cercate tranquillità e relax è la struttura giusta. Veramente consigliato al 100%. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. "
