"Stayed for two and a half weeks while recovering from a surgery and couldn't be happier with my decision. Clean, safe, and all amenities are as advertised. My only note is that temperature control was a bit of a hassle in the bedroom I stayed in—however, once I became familiar with both the space heater and the portable air conditioner and learned how/when to use them, it wasn't a problem. "The house is very comfortable and very clean. It contains everything a traveler needs. We arrived at night and had difficulty to locate the place, as there are other residences on the same lot. The Tree House is at the very top, so requires walking up four flights of stairs (65 steps in all), which we did not realize when we first arrived. But it is unique and a fun place to stay, in a nice area. We saw deer around the property three times during our short stay. Still, stores, restaurants...

"Disappointed immediately. It's a pool shack (1 large room and 1 bathroom) with a queen bed against a wall. The inside walls are in poor condition with patches on display. Very poor window coverings falling off the rail and missing from the other window making the quality feel very poor. The place was not clean as there was plenty of old dog hair and an old pair of socks at the base of the bar legs, toenail clippings in the bathroom, and old food and chew tables in the cupboard. "We loved this apartment. The unit is beautiful and stylish and very quiet. The bathroom especially is full of luxurious high end touches (like double shower heads and heated floors). The porch features gorgeous flowers and lovely resident hummingbirds.
